How can I pay for my order?

Orders are paid online by bank card (CB, Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or with Apple Pay. Purchases made on a written offer, for jewels whose price is given on request, may be paid by bank transfer.

How much does delivery cost?

Collection from the showroom, by appointment: free
France: free
European Union and United Kingdom: €15
Rest of the world: €30

Which carriers do you use?

Jewels are shipped by Colissimo, FedEx or Malca-Amit. Shipments are always insured and delivered against signature.

What are the delivery times?

We ship jewels within 1 to 5 working days, excluding resizing and engraving requests.

Please note that customs duties and other taxes must be paid by the buyer directly to the carrier, depending on the country of destination.

Is my parcel insured?

Yes, all our parcels are insured for the full amount of your order.

Can I return an item?

Yes. In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Return costs are borne by you. Jewels resized, engraved, personalised or altered at your request cannot be returned.

The 14-day right of withdrawal applies to purchases made at a distance, on the website, by telephone or by e-mail, including when the jewel is collected from the showroom. It does not apply to purchases concluded and paid for in the showroom.

How is my order refunded?

The jewel must be returned in its original condition, with the documents and case that came with it. The refund is made once the jewel has been received and its condition checked, using the payment method used for the order. Full details are given in our Terms of sale.
