Augis Love Medal Plus Hier Moins Demain, Original Box, New Old Stock

Love medal in 18k (750/1000) yellow gold set with two synthetic rubies. The medal is framed by an oval motif characteristic of the pieces produced by the Maison AUGIS in 1970. The famous inscription Plus qu’hier Moins que demain, inspired by the verses of Rosemonde Gérard Rostand, is engraved on the medal. This piece has no enamel chips, is presented in its original box and comes from the old stock of a jeweller's shop, as shown by the original Maison Augis label on the back of the medal. This makes it particularly rare and sought after. French work from the 1970s, signed A.Augis. Eagle's head hallmark for 18-carat gold and maker's mark on the bail.
