We ship jewels within 1 to 5 working days, excluding resizing and engraving requests. Shipments are made by Colissimo, FedEx or Malca-Amit, and are always insured and delivered against signature.

Yes. If the jewel does not suit you, you have 14 days to return it, with return costs at your expense.

Yes. Many antique earrings were made as clips, at a time when ears were pierced less often than today. They can be adapted for pierced ears by adding a post, without altering the look of the jewel. This conversion is subject to a quote.

Yes, every jewel sold by the Maison is guaranteed for one year. The guarantee covers any defect inherent to the jewel, whether it relates to its making or to its condition at the time of sale. It does not extend to damage caused by wear or impact.

The jewel comes with a detailed invoice. A certificate of authenticity can be provided on request. When a stone is described as certified, the independent gemmological laboratory certificate is also included.

When it has kept its original box, the jewel is delivered in it. Otherwise, it reaches you in a box provided by SAPIR.

Yes. The jewel can be seen and tried on at the Maison's showroom in Paris, by appointment, which is a chance to take your time with it and talk it over with us. Contact us to arrange a visit.
